I recently stayed at Hilton Columbus/Polaris, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The hotel's modern lobby and well-kept public spaces were impressive, and my room was clean and spacious, although I did notice some wear and tear in certain areas. The location was fantastic, with easy access to shopping and dining, but I encountered some service inconsistencies that affected my stay.
